Tmotion exists to foster a supportive community that values the good stuff, joy in movement and play. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We offer private, semi private, trio equipment classes and trio mat classes.
We're here to help you discover the joy of Pilates. Tmotion is located in Little Italy Toronto, close to great coffee shops. We’re friendly, we’re local and we love movement.

We work with studios and teachers and approach mentorship as an evolution, not solely education. Mentorship isn't just about learning new exercises, but about discovering your unique teaching style, voice and a deeper understanding of the Pilates method.
